The H.E.R.D is an organization oppositional to that of the H.E.S.D. that actively engage in combat in an attempt to stop the H.E.S.D from spreading across the multiverse. They see themselves as liberators for freedom and equality but the H.E.S.D see them as terrorists.

The group of priest later on converted into Christianity thus creating their new foundation.

A secret group of Covenant clan lords led by Insu 'Nebasee. The Prophet(s) saw them as heretics and sought out to destroy them. Unfortunately the Covenant succeeded in doing so but only 6 of the original clan lords survived and fled the Covenants reach. Years passed and the Iratah started to rise into power surpassing the Covenant in technology and knowledge. Insu 'Nebasee was ready to attack the heart of the Covenant but a sudden dimensional rift opened sending the Iratah to an unknown destination only to be recognized as the multiverse. Insu 'Nebasee saw this as a opportunity for his mission. Complete Dominance.
